We are excited to offer you a wide selection of beautiful beads, and we want to make the ordering process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Below, we have outlined the steps on how to place your order during our Claim It Live Bead Sale.
Important note: We expect items will be paid in full no later then 3 days after the sale has closed, if items remain on the website on Saturday morning of that week they will be placed "up for grabs" meaning anyone can purchase the order and it is no longer reserved for you.
Step 1: Logging In and Commenting on YouTube
To participate in the live sale, please make sure you are logged into your YouTube account. During the live stream, you can reserve items by leaving a comment on the items you wish to purchase. If we know you, we'll use your name; otherwise, we'll assume your YouTube name.
Step 2: Reserving Items during the live
Each item will have a Sku number and price displayed. To order, simply type the SKU number followed by the quantity you want to purchase. For example:
- TF-1523 x 3
- R-6574 x 1
Step 3: Order Confirmation Our team member, Shannon, will record the orders as they come in and read them aloud for confirmation. Please note that items are not considered reserved until Shannon confirms them on the list.
Step 4: Completing Your Purchase After the sale ends, you will need to make the payment for your order on our Thunderhorse Descendant website. Follow these steps:
a. Visit www.thunderhorsedescendant.biz and log into your Thunderhorse Descendant Account if you do not have an account please set one up so we are able to give you store credit if we need to.
b. Go to the bead store section, then custom orders section
c. Look for your name or YouTube screen name, where you will find an itemized list of your order with prices and quantities.
d. Review your order to ensure it is correct. If there are any issues, contact us through text at 763-346-1763 or email us at thunderhorsedescendant@gmail.com e. Add the order to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can add more items to your cart if you wish.
Step 5: What to Expect
- Your order will include a printed itemized invoice and a packing sheet.
- Shipping insurance up to $100.00 will be included.
- We will ship your order within 0-2 business days from the date of payment.
- You will receive a tracking number and confirmation email once the package is shipped.
- A free gift will be included with your order as a token of our appreciation.
- Any shipping overages ($2+) will be refunded to you via store credit.
- We take great care in packing your order.
Step 6: Shipping and Handling Fee for Custom Orders Custom Orders will incur a shipping and handling fee of $1.00 for every $100 spent. This fee covers our time, effort, and any additional shipping insurance required.
Step 7: Returns and Damaged Items Please note that Custom Orders are non-returnable. In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged, please contact us immediately. Be prepared to provide photos of the damage, as we may need to create a claim via shipsurance.
