Shipping & Returns

Thank you for purchasing from Thunderhorse Descendant at operated by Randee Brown of Thunderhorse Descendant. We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. However, due to the nature of our business and products we sell, several types of products are exempt from being returned.

Items that may not be returned are bead strands that have been cut or tampered with, jewelry making supplies that are not in their original packaging. Perishable items such as food and flowers cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, wearable items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses. Also note that no refunds are available on personalized items or custom orders. Personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged because we can not reuse these products.

If our products arrived damaged in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to assist you with this matter. For any other products, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.


All returns must be postmarked within seven (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We will not accept bead strand returns if the bead strands have been cut and/or dismantled. 


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Shipping Policy 


US Shipping cost for a single item is $5.25 minimum, our packages are shipped by weight and additional weight will mean additional cost.


  • Orders weighing under 1lb (16oz) are shipped via First Class Mail delivery service by weight.

  • Orders weighing over 1lb (16oz) are shipped via Priority Flat Rate delivery service by weight.

  • Shipping times vary depending on the distance between Minnesota and the shipping destination. We process and ship out orders within 1-2 business days. Packages usually arrive between 3-5 business days but may take up to 7 business days in some cases. USPS experiences disruptions in mail service from time to time. 


  • We ship via USPS (United States Post Office)


  • Shipping to Canada will be shipped via USPS.


  • We ship to Canada, we will take a flat rate of $20.00 on your order. The cost of shipping will depend on the weight of the package. Once we package your order and calculate the cost, we will refund any excess shipping overage back to your credit card.


Custom Orders from Live Sales: 


  • Your order will have a printed itemized invoice included along with a packing sheet.


  • Your order will include shipping insurance 


  • Your order will be packed and shipped as soon as the day you pay for it, but no later than 3 business days


  • You will be provided a tracking number and confirmation email


  • You will receive a free gift with your order


  • You will receive a Customer Appreciation Ticket with your order 


  • Any Shipping Overages ($2+) will be returned to you


  • Your order will be packed with care by Shannon or myself


  • All Custom Orders are charged a shipping and handling fee of $1.00 for every $100 spent. This is for Shannon and I time and effort and any additional shipping insurance/weight of the package that we cover. example everyone will be charged $1 dollar but if your order is $400 dollars you will be charged $4




  • We do not accept returns on Custom Orders. Should there be any issue please contact me immediately via text 763-346-1763 or email




  • Should your item arrive damaged via the mail carrier ext...please have photos ready to provide to me and be prepared to create a claim via shipsurance. You will be asked to sign an affidavit form Shipsurance. Should you refuse to participate in the process of a claim we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange you your damaged item.
