Fair Play and Commitment Policy for Claim It Live Bead Sale

At Thunderhorse Descendant, we greatly appreciate your support and enthusiasm for our weekly Claim It Live Bead Sale events. To ensure a fair and smooth experience for all our valued customers, we have established the following Custom Orders Policy:

1. Payment Deadline:

We kindly request that all items purchased during the Claim It Live Bead Sale be paid in full no later than three (3) days after the sale has closed.
2. "Up for Grabs" Policy:

If items remain unpaid on Saturday morning of the same week after the sale, they will be marked as "up for grabs." This means that these items will no longer be reserved exclusively for you, and anyone can purchase them.
3. Payment Reminders:

We understand that life can get busy, and you may forget to complete your purchase. Therefore, you will receive reminder emails from us, gently urging you to finalize your payment.
4. Supporting a Small Business:

Thunderhorse Descendant is a small business, and our weekly sales are vital for supporting our dedicated team and continuing to provide you with beautiful bead items. By reserving items, you are making a commitment to purchase them within the specified time frame.
5. Fair Opportunity for All:

We want to ensure that every customer has a fair chance to acquire the items they desire, as we often have limited quantities available.
6. Non-Payment Consequences:

If a customer fails to pay for their reserved items within the specified time frame three (3) times or consecutively two (2) times in a row, we will kindly ask that they refrain from participating in the Claim It Live Bead Sale and reserving items for a one-week period.
7. Blocking from YouTube Channel:

While we deeply value each and every one of our clients, consistent non-payment can disrupt the shopping experience for others. Therefore, if non-payment continues after the one-week period of reflection, we may need to temporarily block access to our YouTube channel for the individual. This will prevent them from viewing our live events and future videos.
We want to emphasize that these measures are intended to maintain fairness, ensure product availability, and support our small business. We truly value our clients, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making our Claim It Live Bead Sale a positive experience for everyone.
