At Thunderhorse Descendant, we deeply appreciate your continued support and enthusiasm for our weekly Claim It Live Bead Sale events. To ensure that all of our valued customers have the best possible experience, we are sending out a reminder to all of the following Custom Orders Policy. This policy can be found on the website under information, Claim It Live Bead Sale, How to Participate.
1. Payment Deadline:
All items purchased during the Claim It Live Bead Sale must be paid for within three (3) days of the sale closing. We do allow a grace period until Saturday of that week. A grace period is a set amount of time after a payment deadline during which a penalty, late fee, or consequence (such as cancellation of service) is not enforced.
2. "Up for Grabs" Policy:
Any items that remain unpaid by Saturday morning of the same week will be marked as "up for grabs," meaning they will no longer be reserved for you and can be purchased by anyone.
3. Payment Reminders:
We understand life can get busy, so we will send you gentle reminder emails to finalize your purchase.
4. Supporting a Small Business:
As a small business, Thunderhorse Descendant relies on these weekly sales to support our team and provide you with unique beads and jewelry items. When you reserve an item, it is a commitment to purchase it within the payment deadline.
5. Fair Opportunity for All:
We want to ensure that every customer has a fair chance to purchase their favorite items, especially since many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or available in limited quantities. When you reserve an item and do not complete the payment, it means another customer may miss out on something they truly wanted. To keep things fair for everyone, we kindly ask that you only reserve items if you are committed to purchasing them within the specified time frame.
6. Non-Payment Consequences:
If a customer fails to pay for reserved items three (3) times within a two month period or consecutively two (2) times, we will kindly ask them to refrain from participating in the Claim It Live Bead Sale for a one-week period.
7. Blocking from YouTube Channel:
While we value each of our clients, repeated non-payment can negatively impact other customers’ experiences. If non-payment persists after the one-week period, we may have to temporarily block access to our YouTube channel, preventing further participation in live events and future videos.
Our aim with these policies is to create fairness for all while continuing to offer you beautiful bead items and exceptional service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making our sales a positive experience for everyone!
