RETURN POLICY

Thank you for purchasing from Thunderhorse Descendant, LLC at www.thunderhorsedescendant.biz, operated by Randee Brown. We strive to ensure the accuracy of every order we ship. However, due to the nature of our business and products, we do not accept returns.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

 

  • Bead strands that have been cut or tampered with
  • Jewelry making supplies not in their original packaging
  • Found Objects Challenge bags, $9 bead bags, mystery mixes, grab bags, or similar products
  • Personalized items or custom orders, as these cannot be reused
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gasses
  • Sale items (all sale items are FINAL SALE)

 

Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at thunderhorsedescendant@gmail.com. Include photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s). All our packages are insured, and we may assist you with a claim. Be prepared to file a claim with the shipping carrier and sign any required documentation, such as an affidavit from Shipsurance.

 

Shipping Policy:

 

  • Orders under 1 lb (16 oz) are shipped via USPS First Class Mail; orders over 1 lb are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
  • U.S. shipping starts at $5.25, calculated by weight.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, with delivery typically between 3-5 business days, but may take up to 7 business days.
  • For Canadian orders, a flat rate of $30.00 applies, with any shipping overages refunded. Orders are shipped via USPS, and actual shipping cost depends on weight.

 

Custom Orders from Live Sales:

 

  • Include itemized invoice, packing sheet, tracking number, and insurance.
  • Processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment.
  • Includes a Customer Appreciation Ticket and a free gift.
  • Shipping overages of $2 or more will be refunded.
  • Custom Orders are subject to a handling fee of $1 for every $100 spent, covering labor and additional shipping insurance costs.

 

Damaged Custom Orders: Should your custom order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. Be prepared to file a claim with Shipsurance. Refusal to participate in the claims process will result in no refund or exchange.
